Pursuant to Article 13(1)-(2) of the GDPR, we inform you that:

As the controller of your personal data, we make every effort to ensure its confidentiality and security and process it in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.

 

II. Purposes and grounds for processing

We will process your data:

- on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR):

- in order to conclude an agreement resulting from your interest in our offer (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);

- for the proper performance of the agreement concluded with you (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);

- in order to enable you to book and purchase the services offered (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);

- for tax purposes and in order to comply with other legal obligations imposed on us as the data controller (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR);

- for analytical purposes (optimisation of services to better meet the needs of our customers, general optimisation of our products, optimisation of our customer service processes, learning more about our customers, conducting financial analysis of our company) based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);

- for archival purposes based on our legitimate interest consisting in retaining data for the purpose of potential legal proceedings (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);

- in order to establish, investigate or defend claims, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);

- to the extent necessary to clarify the circumstances and establish liability in connection with the use of Our services contrary to the law or the terms and conditions of service provision (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);

- in order to enable us direct marketing of our products and services, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

 

III. Data sharing

1. We do not trade your personal data, nor share them with other parties or transfer them to third countries, except in the following cases:

   (a) you have granted consent to sharing your data with other entities or transferring it to a third country,

   (b) it is necessary for the performance of agreements concluded between ourselves and the data subject, or where it is necessary for the performance of agreements concluded on behalf of the data subject between us and another entity,

(c) in cases permitted by law.

2. In particular, your data may be accessed by other entities if they are parties to agreements concluded with you, if they participate in the performance of the services provided for in the agreements concluded with you, and process your orders (in particular other tour operators, providers of hotel, transport or travel services, as well as banking or insurance services).

 

IV. Right to object

1. At any time, you have the right to object to the processing of your data as described above. In such a case, we will cease to process your data for the indicated purposes unless we can demonstrate that there are compelling legitimate grounds for us to continue to do so or the data is necessary for us to establish, investigate or defend potential claims.

2. At any time, you have the right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes. Should you decide to exercise this right, we will cease to process your data for this purpose.

 

V. Data retention period

Your personal data will be processed by us for the entire term of the agreement, as well as after its termination, until the expiry of the limitation period for any claims under the agreement and in connection with the 5-year archiving obligation.

 

VI. Recipients of data

Your personal data will be disclosed to entities to which we are obliged to provide data on the basis of applicable law, as well as entities providing accounting, HR, IT, transport, courier and postal services to us, as well as our subcontractors or distributors. Your personal data may also be disclosed to our partners – companies with whom we cooperate by combining our products or services, including our distributors.

 

VII. Data subjects' rights:

Pursuant to the GDPR, you have: a) the right to access your data and receive a copy of it; b) the right to rectify (amend) your data; c) the right to have your data erased or its processing restricted; d) the right to object to the processing of your data; e) the right to data portability; f) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; g) the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data (if applicable) at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent before such a withdrawal.

 

VIII.  Obligation to provide personal data

Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the agreement.

 

IX.  Automated decision-making

Your data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
